Black Bean Veggie Burger

Everyone should try this recipe at least once. It’s tastes amazing and is actually really good.

What you’ll need

  • Black Beans- 2 cans
  • Garbanzo beans- 1 can
  • Red onion, minced- 1/2 lbs
  • Jalapeno pepper- 1 oz
  • Garlic, minced- 2 oz
  • Cumin- 1/2 tsp
  • Salt- 1 tsp
  • Pepper- 1/2 tsp

Optional

  • Cheese (your favorite kind will work)
  • Avocado/guacamole- as spread for the bun

Mix all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth but still chunky.

Put mixture in a bowl and keep it refrigerated. When you want to make a burger, get a scoop of the mixture and pat it down into a patty. Serve on hamburger buns and add a slice of cheese if you want (pepper jack and provolone taste great on this!).
