Hi loves,

We all get really wrapped up in things that don’t even matter and mess our heads up. With trying to balance everything in life, it’s really easy to get overwhelmed. This is everything I can recommend to just get the bleep over it and move on.

Lists!

Make a list of things that are bothering you. You don’t have read it over or come up with solutions, just making a list helps. Promise.

Fluffy Robe

Pamper night won’t be as good without a fluffy robe. Don’t fight it! Just throw on your fluffy attire and move on.

Bath

Obviously. Throw your hair in a bun, put on a face mask, run some warm water and dive into those bubbles. Bath bombs make things a little more special so treat yourself!

Watch a movie

Pick your fav movie and cuddle up with a throw and a cup of tea. Bonus points for classics and disney movies.

Massage

In a perfect world, I’d go out and get a massage everyday. In reality, I use these.

Journal

We keep so many thoughts trapped inside, it piles up into an overwhelming mountain of emotional baggage. Take time to put your thoughts out on paper and you’ll instantly feel lighter.

  1. You are right, we all get so caught up in life that we forget to unravel and relax in between. These are some great ideas, I’m scheduling one right now! I have always been a fan of journaling ❤ it definitely helps declutter and destress the mind.
A cup of calming tea is a lovely addition, hope you're feeling much better ❤
